Project Description
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance / Accounting. CPA Preferred.
- 3+ years working experience in accountancy.
Job Description / Other Requirements:
- Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
- Prepare month end financial report and analysis on or before 7tth of every month
- Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Responsible for preparation of payment in timely manner
- Responsible for debtors collection
- Responsible for establishing financial related internal controls (accurate accounting entries, creditors’ reconciliation, bank recon etc.)
- Responsible for carrying out the Purchasing Function – monitoring purchase requisition, issuing Purchase Orders, Goods received notes.
- Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
