Project Description

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance / Accounting. CPA Preferred.
  • 3+ years working experience in accountancy.

Job Description / Other Requirements:

  • Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions
  • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
  • Prepare month end financial report and analysis on or before 7tth of every month
  • Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Responsible for preparation of payment in timely manner
  • Responsible for debtors collection
  • Responsible for establishing financial related internal controls (accurate accounting entries, creditors’ reconciliation, bank recon etc.)
  • Responsible for carrying out the Purchasing Function – monitoring purchase requisition, issuing Purchase Orders, Goods received notes.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
